  • Richard Casey – Director

    Richard has worked in Executive Search since 1988. He was part of the team which acquired Talisman IS through an MBO, grew the firm to a 100 person operation in 7 European countries and sold/integrated the business into Penna PLC. With Jane, he established Chapter 1 in 2001 as a boutique firm where experienced search consultants deliver, rather than sell, retained searches. He continues to spend almost all of his time on client projects.

  • Jane Warner – Director

    Part of the Talisman IS Management Team and subsequently leading the division of Penna which managed retained search for Consulting clients, Jane was also founder of Chapter 1. Jane continues to deliver retained senior level searches on a pan-European basis.
